Thired post "disadvantges of synchronous tool"

Hi everyone,
This is some drawbacks of synchronous tools.
.     A disadvantages of audio conferencing, only apply if such communication means is used in professional communication ormeetings. For businesses these disadvantages could make or break a deal, thus other means of conferencing would be advised. But if the nature of the conference involves people who just want to get in touch with each other and catch up, the down side of audio conferencing should not be a big problem. Especially if the people conversing are family members and friends that have a good understanding of each other since knowing someone personally means you could easily get the idea of what they are trying to say.

The visual downside of audio conferencing may be hard to solve but the quality of voice transmission is not really that much of a problem nowadays. There are tons of providers that offer high quality services and for cheaper prices too. One just needs to carefully think over which provider to choose to get the best value.

A disadvantage of the web conference comes in the form of a lack of feature preparation. Those engaged in the call must possess regulation and high attention levels. To be effective, this kind of call must employ a camera, a microphone and other gadgets. Without any one of these important elements, the call may be a complete failure.
That being said, the disadvantages that web conferencing calling may present are in line with other kinds of group calls. A Web conference can bring about unparalleled communication. The time, money and effort that they save prove that this kind of communication is a viable successor to the initial group calling technologies.

The foremost disadvantages of video conferencing are the technical difficulties associated with smooth transmissions that could result from software, hardware or network failure. Remote connections are sometimes known to be hampered by environmental changes. On some occasions, the absence of technical support personnel creates difficulty for participants who are unfamiliar with the videoconferencing technological concepts.

Another major drawback is the lack of personal interaction that sets the tone for many business meetings in highly cultural societies. A handshake and eye-contact are essential aspects of many business meetings. Some meetings require a personal touch to be successful

The main drawback of chat communication is that people cannot see each other and don’t actually know each other. Due to chat anonymity, a lot of chat participants play with their identity. For example, a man talking with a teenage girl may pretend to be of the same age as she is, and easily get into her mind thanks to his experience. God knows what might happen then. For kids communication

A disadvantage is there's no tone with instant messaging. I could say one thing, and mean it very sarcastically, which someone could grasp had they heard me say it over the phone. However, if I simply type it, the sarcasm factor may not be noticed, and the person I'm talking to could take whatever I said the wrong way. That's the only disadvantage I have with it personally. However, some may add about online predators. if you will Some kids, even teens and adults, are as smart as they should be when they talk online. Most people will talk to anyone who IM's, and it's so easy for these predators to beat specific information out of them if they're not using common sense and keeping their guard up.

The disadvantages of using whiteboards. Interactive whiteboards are more expensive than conventional whiteboards or projector/screen combinations. Their surface can become damaged, necessitating expensive replacement. Front projection boards can be obscured by the user(s). Fixed height boards are often too high to reach the top or too low for their bottom to be readily visible. If multiple data entry is allowed then inputs can get jumbled, resulting in onscreen gibberish. If remote access is allowed then some users may be tempted to send disruptive comments or drawings to the screen.
